e have built residential developments for Focus Ireland and also Waterford County Council in addition to our own developments, which we have taken from green field sites to completed developments, all of which have been successfully taken in hand by the local authorities. It is our quality of workmanship that makes this possible. Where possible we plan our works and phases of building to cause the least amount of disruption to those that have already bought houses in the earlier stages of the development. The fact that we have no ghost estates on or half completed estates on our books is testament to the quality of our build in that our houses will sell once put on the market.
